Cancellation and Refunds

Setup fee
Billed up front. It covers building and configuring your system and is non-refundable once work has started. If we are unable to deliver the agreed setup, we will refund the setup fee in full.
Monthly fee
Billed monthly in advance. The minimum term is 3 months.
Canceling
After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice by email to domonic@getnevermissops.com. You will not be charged for periods after the cancellation date.
Refunds
Monthly fees already paid for a period that has begun are not refunded.
